Subscriptions

How to subscribe to, change, cancel, and pay for a plan. Stripe handles the billing, by credit card: in Brazilian reais in Brazil and in US dollars in other countries.

The plans

Each plan unlocks one line: Play, Training, or Teach. Each line has a monthly plan and an annual plan. The annual plan includes two free months. The full table is on the pricing page.

Subscribe

1. Sign in to your account and open the pricing page or the Subscription menu.
2. Choose the interval, monthly or annual, and click Subscribe on the plan.
3. The secure Stripe page asks for your card. AnestSim does not see or store the card number.
4. After the payment, you return to the portal. The line becomes active in a few seconds, as soon as Stripe confirms.

Change plans

To change from monthly to annual, or from one line to another, open Subscription and click Manage payment. The Stripe portal lets you make the change and adjusts the prorated amount.

Cancel

1. In Subscription, click Cancel.
2. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your access continues until then.
3. Changed your mind? Click Reactivate before the end of the period.

Declined payment

If a charge fails, you get an email. Update your card in Manage payment. Stripe tries again. After a few failed attempts, the subscription is canceled.

Invoices and tax invoices (nota fiscal)

Your invoices are in Subscription, with the link to the invoice and the PDF. For tax invoice (nota fiscal) details with a CNPJ, talk to the team.
