Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free tier asks for no payment. The card only comes in when you subscribe to a plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and your access continues until then.
What does the yearly plan include?
The same as the monthly plan, with two months free each year.
How does free Teach work?
Anyone who signs in with a registered institutional email and has the affiliation verified by the team gets one classroom of up to ten students at no cost.
Do the students in a classroom need a plan?
No. The educator's Teach plan covers the students of the classroom in the assignments.
How does billing work?
Through Stripe, by credit card. In Brazil, in Brazilian reais. In other countries, in US dollars. The Stripe invoices and receipts stay in your account. For a nota fiscal (Brazilian tax invoice) with a CNPJ, talk to the team.
Is AnestSim for clinical use?
No. AnestSim is an educational tool, not validated for clinical use.
