How to play
  1. Find the drug in the syringe in 6 guesses or fewer. The list has 128 drugs used around anesthesia.
  2. Each guess compares 6 attributes with the answer. Green is the same. Yellow is close: the same label color, the same receptor system, a near number, or a chemical family of the same group.
  3. In Onset and Duration, the arrow under the number shows the direction: ↑ the answer is higher, ↓ the answer is lower. In Hemodynamics, BP and HR show the effect of a bolus (rises, falls or stable), and each one has its own color: green is the same, gray is different.
  4. The hints start at the 4th guess: the liquid, then the ISO label color at the 5th, then the concentration (or the first letter) at the 6th.
  5. The patient’s weight changes every day. A new puzzle starts at midnight, Brasília time.

The drug values are didactic approximations. Educational tool, not validated for clinical use.
